Hi, I’m Nicole
How is this my life?
I had a 5 year, 10 year, and 20 year plan,
and I promise you, this was NOT it!!
THANK GOD!
Many of us have been through messes in life, only to look up with gratitude that we are not the same person we were before. The old Nicole didn’t look much different (except I’m a few pounds lighter now, yeah!). However, if I am honest, you would have met a narrow minded, shallow, superficial version of the wise, courageous, light hearted, lady I am now.
I never set out to run a non-profit, become a writer, blogger or an International speaker. I heard God ask me to PARK IT for a year; I was wise enough to LISTEN. I felt God press me to FLEX MY FAITH; I wrestled, then found enough courage to TRUST. I knew God was telling me to GO, so I lightened my load enough to surrender and simply GO.
My life before felt so rich.
Yet now, I can finally see how much more God had for me.
If sharing a Nicole Theory from time to time does anything,
I hope it reminds you to LISTEN, TRUST, and GO see how much God has for you!
As we spend time together, you’ll soon learn that:
I believe all principles are possible. It’s not always just a theory sometimes the principle work.
You have to make a mess to clean a mess. My life has seen its share of messes, and each time it seems to get a little cleaner and a little cleaner. I was divorced in 2017, I’ve failed many times at eating right and exercising, I struggle regularly to relax the grip on money, and trust God to provide.
Transparency Breeds Trust. People are my favorite, but mostly when they are real, and raw. My work with CityFam is fulfilling, and draining sometimes in the same day. The people can easily make or break the moment.
Parenting advice: raise people you like to be around. If you don’t like liars, teach your children to tell the truth, if you don’t like people who interrupt, teach your children to listen. I have three amazing grown sons who are my favorite people on the planet. I really like to be around them.
Celebrate the uniqueness in everyone. The best way for you to be you, is if you let them be them. Sometimes I forget how to just be me, but when I see someone who loves just being themselves, I am reminded of how simple being AMAZING is. You are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Learn from Yesterday, Live in Today, Believe in Tomorrow. We learn best through experience, I want to help you capture the moment God is asking you to live in right now, and imagine the plans He has prepared in advance for you to do.
God’s message to the world includes you. He knit you together and knows every hair on your head. As we get to know each other, I desperately hope you step courageously into what He has planned and purposed for your life. We are better together, are you in?
